A)  Five Rounds of:
     5 x Wall Walk +
     10 x Jump Squat +
     10 x Reverse Crunch

B)  10 x Deadlift @ Bodyweight +
     2 minutes Row or Bike @ 100%
          3 sets, Resting 90 sec

C)  10 x Pull-up +
     2 minutes Kettlebell Swing @ 1.5/1 pood (10 x Burpee penalty for movement disruption)
