     10 x Kettlebell Swing(Russian) @ 2/1.5 pood +
     30 x Double-under

B)  Rest 3 minutes, then:
     As Many Repetitions as Possible in 6 minutes of:
     6 x 15m Shuttle Run +
     10 x Kettlebell Swing(Russian) @ 2/1.5 pood +
     30 x Double-under

C)  Rest 2 minutes, then:
     As Many Repetitions as Possible in 3 minutes of:
     6 x 15m Shuttle Run +
