     2 x Hang Snatch @ 70%

B)  Every 2 minutes for 3 Intervals of:
     1 x Snatch @ 80%

C)  Four Rounds for Time of:
     400m Run +
     30 x Push-up +
     20 x Toes-to-Bar +
     10 x Dumbbell Snatch @ Heavy
