C)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 minutes of:
     7 x Reverse Burpee with HSPU +
     7 x Toes-to-Bar +
     7 x Push-Press +
     200m Run holding Plate @ 45/25#

D)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 minutes of:
     7 x Devil's Press +
     7 x Strict Pull-up +
     7 x Goblet Squat +
     200m Run with weight from Devil's Press
