A)  20 x Incline Dumbbell Press +
     10 x Incline Barbell Press (10 sec negative)
          3 sets, Resting 120 sec

B)  10 x Push-up @ 45-degree angle +
     10 x Push-up @ 30-degree angle +
     10 x Push-up @ no angle
          Max Rounds to failure, or 150 reps

C)  Three Rounds for Time of:
     5 x Pull-up (strict) +
     100 x Double-under +
     10 x Snatch (split) +
     10 x Clean & Jerk
