There are many opinions on a proper diet. This is the one we use and find works best in conjunction with our training style. As with everything we do here, this diet is performance based. If you are following the workouts and diet with maximum effort, the aesthetic goals will follow. This diet can best be described as Paleolithic restrictions with Zone(R) portioning. We recommend trying it as prescribed for three weeks. There is an adjustment period that your body goes through before you can fine tune the diet to your personal needs. This period is usually 3-4 weeks from what we have experienced. After which, the meals can be individualized for optimum performance. Consult a physician before entering into any new exercise or diet programs.
